HVAC Service Technician

Diagnose, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for homes across Carson Valley and Reno. Full-time, in person, based in Gardnerville — $30–$40 per hour depending on experience.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues
  • Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running at their best
  • Repair or replace defective parts and components
  • Follow safety standards and code requirements on every job
  • Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended fixes

What we're looking for

  • Working knowledge of HVAC repair and diagnostics
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Field service experience
  • 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred
  • Clear, honest communication with customers

Pay and benefits

  • $30.00–$40.00 per hour

HVAC Lead Installer

Lead installs of heating, cooling, and ductless systems for homes across Gardnerville, Carson City, Reno, Sparks, and the Lake Tahoe area. Full-time, year-round, Monday–Friday — $22–$38 per hour depending on experience.

What you'll do

  • Lead installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Install ductless mini-split systems
  • Deliver clean, code-compliant installs on every job
  • Serve homes across Gardnerville, Carson City, Reno, Sparks, and the Lake Tahoe area

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on HVAC installation experience
  • Mini-split installation experience a plus
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience preferred

Pay and benefits

  • $22.00–$38.00 per hour
