HVAC Service Technician
Diagnose, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for homes across Carson Valley and Reno. Full-time, in person, based in Gardnerville — $30–$40 per hour depending on experience.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling system issues
- Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running at their best
- Repair or replace defective parts and components
- Follow safety standards and code requirements on every job
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and recommended fixes
What we're looking for
- Working knowledge of HVAC repair and diagnostics
- Strong mechanical skills
- Field service experience
- 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred
- Clear, honest communication with customers
